MI-SIM Pro
MI-SIM Pro is a next-generation structured illumination microscope designed for super-resolution imaging of living cells. It combines high spatial and temporal resolution with sensitive, low photo-stress imaging, allowing researchers to observe fine subcellular structures and fast biological processes over extended periods.
The system supports several SIM illumination modes, enabling users to select the most suitable balance between imaging speed, axial resolution and signal-to-noise performance for each experiment.
Features
- Resolution down to 60 nm in X–Y and 200 nm in Z
- 2D-SIM for high temporal resolution
- 3D-SIM for improved axial resolution
- TIRF-SIM for imaging close to the coverslip
- High-speed imaging of dynamic cellular processes
- Low photobleaching and phototoxicity
- Compatible with conventional fluorescent proteins and live-cell dyes
- Real-time super-resolution preview
