CytoSpark® CSP

CytoSpark® CSP is a droplet microfluidics platform that encapsulates single cells into picoliter droplets, detects their functional readouts by fluorescence, and sorts positives at scale. It enables million-cell screens in a day with plate printing or bulk collection, accelerating single-B antibody discovery and other function-based selections.

  • Ultra-high throughput: process millions of cells per run with rapid detection and sorting.
  • Accurate, logic-gated sorting: fluorescence co-localization and flow-cytometry-like gating improve hit quality; dielectrophoretic sorting preserves viability.
  • Flexible recovery: dispense to 96/384-well plates or bulk-collect droplets to fit different downstream workflows.
  • Assay versatility: supports soluble and transmembrane targets, cross-species screening, neutralizing/blocking assays, bispecifics, and TCR-T screening.
