InnoQuant
InnoQuant is a next-generation whole slide fluorescence scanner capable of delivering quantitative images with 4 colors simultaneously. Its novel image acquisition process relies on a fast laser scanning across the entire width of your slide, resulting in large-field images with unprecedented uniformity in one pass.
Models within the series:
InnoQuant single-slide version: entry-level model to read slides one by one
InnoQuant AL: model equipped with a 24-slide loader for higher throughput and batch automation.
Features
- Simultaneous multiplex fluorescence detection of up to 4 markers on biological samples mounted on standard microscope slides.
- Delivers constant illumination pixel by pixel with no tiling process, resulting in quantitative large-field images with unprecedented uniformity, free from stitching-related bias
- Using the principle of optical sectioning, InnoQuant ensures imaging of both thin and thick samples while eliminating background signal caused by sample thickness, like achieved with confocal microscopy
- Scans quickly and independently of fluorescence intensity, as it operates without exposure time
- Conveniently matches with any image analysis software through the use of a non-proprietary output format
- In-built QC tool to ensure signal intensity measurement reproducibility and repeatability over time.
- Compact footprint and streamlined software
