Altium US announces a strategic partnership with Sensific, expanding access to advanced image-based single-cell analysis and sorting technologies across the United States and Canada.

Sensific develops innovative platforms that combine high-speed optical imaging, intelligent real-time classification, and precision microfluidics. Unlike conventional sorting methods that rely solely on fluorescence intensity, image-based cell sorting enables selection based on detailed phenotypic and morphological characteristics, providing deeper biological insight and greater experimental flexibility.

Through this collaboration, Altium will support the distribution and application of Sensific’s solutions, helping laboratories enhance throughput, reproducibility, and data quality across cell biology, immunology, oncology, and microbiology workflows.

A key technology now available is IACS eXplorer, Sensific’s image-activated cell sorting platform, enabling real-time phenotype-driven sorting and expanding the possibilities of functional single-cell research.
