ExoDisc® 4 wells sterilized (100 nm)

ExoDisc-V series are EO gas-sterilized ExoDiscs. Discs have 4 wells (filter units) for sample loading. This pack of 10 discs is specific to liquid samples with high particle concentration and large-sized proteins, such as plasma and serum.

  • It utilizes a 100 nm pore-size membrane filter to isolate and concentrate EVs of 100 nm and above (Recommended loading volume is 0.2 mL).
  • The expected recovery is 85~95%.
  • It is stable for 9 months from the manufacturing date in the fridge if unopened.
  • Once opened, it should be stored at dry room temperature, but is recommended to be used as quickly as possible.
  • It cannot be reused once a unit is used.
  • It is a recommended option for small-scale studies when the number of samples to isolate at one time is small. It is specially meant for researchers who require EV isolation under sterile in vivo and in vitro environments.
