AmoyDx® NTRK Gene Fusions Detection Kit
AmoyDx® NTRK Gene Fusions Detection Kit este un test PCR în timp real. Acest kit permite detectarea calitativă a până la 109 fuziuni care implică genele NTRK1/2/3 în ARN uman extras din probe de țesut FFPE (formalin-fixed paraffin-dededed) de tumori solide. Acesta este conceput pentru a ajuta la identificarea statutului fuziunii NTRK la pacienții care ar putea beneficia de terapii țintite aprobate. Kitul este destinat utilizării pentru diagnostic in vitro și ar trebui să fie utilizat de profesioniști calificați într-un laborator.
