AmoyDx® BRAF Mutation Detection Kit (V2)
AmoyDx® BRAF Mutation Detection Kit (V2) este un test PCR în timp real.
Kitul permite detectarea calitativă a până la 7 mutații somatice ale genei BRAF în ADN uman extras din probe de țesut fixate în formol și parafină (FFPE). Kitul este destinat exclusiv cercetării (RUO). Nu se utilizează în proceduri de diagnosticare.
