Kitul permite detectarea calitativă a până la 11 mutații somatice în gena PIK3CA, utilizând ADN uman extras din probe de țesut FFPE de tumori solide.
Acesta este conceput pentru a ajuta la identificarea mutațiilor PIK3CA la pacienții care se pot califica pentru terapiile țintite aprobate. Acest kit este destinat utilizării pentru diagnostic in vitro, fiind utilizat de profesioniști instruiți în cadrul unui laborator de analize.
