AmoyDx® KRAS/NRAS Mutations Detection Kit
AmoyDx® KRAS/NRAS Mutations Detection Kit este un test PCR în timp real pentru diagnostic in vitro (IVD). Acest kit permite detectarea calitativă a până la 32 de mutații somatice ale genelor KRAS și NRAS în ADN uman extras din probe de țesut fixate cu formalină și parafină (FFPE). Acesta este destinat să ajute la identificarea statutului mutațiilor KRAS și NRAS la pacienții cu cancer colorectal care pot fi eligibili pentru terapiile țintite aprobate. Kitul este destinat diagnosticării in vitro și este destinat a fi utilizat de profesioniști calificați într-un mediu de laborator.
