AmoyDx® BRAF V600 Mutations Detection Kit este pentru testarea cu tehnologia RT PCR in vitro.
Kitul permite detectarea calitativă a mutațiilor V600 în gena BRAF în ADN uman extras din probe de țesut fixate în formol și parafină (FFPE - formalin-fixed paraffin-dedededed).
