AmoyDx® KRAS/NRAS/BRAF Kit Detectie Mutatii
AmoyDx® KRAS/NRAS/BRAF Mutations Detection Kit este un test PCR în timp real. Kitul permite detectarea calitativă a până la 31 de mutații somatice ale genelor KRAS, NRAS și BRAF în ADN uman extras din probe de țesut fixate în formol și parafină (FFPE). Acesta este destinat să ajute la identificarea statutului mutațiilor KRAS, NRAS și BRAF la pacienții cu cancer colorectal care pot fi eligibili pentru terapiile țintite aprobate. Kitul este destinat diagnosticării in vitro și este destinat utilizării de către profesioniști calificați într-un mediu de laborator.
