Responsibilities:
- Setting and achieving sales targets for the pharmaceutical sector.
- Conducting market and customer analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing pharmaceutical customers and across all departments within pharmaceutical companies (R&D, QC, production, procurement, etc.).
- Understanding customer needs and offering suitable analytical device solutions.
- Presenting technical features and applications of analytical devices to clients.
- Assisting customers with device selection, configuration, and proposal preparation.
- Providing guidance on the use of devices in pharmaceutical applications.
- Preparing and presenting quotations to customers.
- Managing sales agreements and conducting negotiations.
- Following up on post-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Participating in trainings, seminars, and trade fairs to represent the company.
- Regularly reporting sales activities and results.
- Monitoring market trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to management.
