Responsibilities:

  • Setting and achieving sales targets for the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Conducting market and customer analysis to identify new opportunities. 
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing pharmaceutical customers and across all departments within pharmaceutical companies (R&D, QC, production, procurement, etc.).
  • Understanding customer needs and offering suitable analytical device solutions.
  • Presenting technical features and applications of analytical devices to clients.
  • Assisting customers with device selection, configuration, and proposal preparation.
  • Providing guidance on the use of devices in pharmaceutical applications.
  • Preparing and presenting quotations to customers.
  • Managing sales agreements and conducting negotiations.
  • Following up on post-sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction. Participating in trainings, seminars, and trade fairs to represent the company.
  • Regularly reporting sales activities and results.
  • Monitoring market trends and competitive landscape, providing insights to management.

Qualifications:

  • BA degree from reputable universities in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering departments 
  • Experience in sales or technical support within the pharmaceutical industry. 
  • Knowledge of analytical devices (e.g., HPLC, GC, MS).
  • Proficiency in English (for documentation and international collaboration).
  • Previously worked in a pharmaceutical company and has comprehensive knowledge of all its departments. (preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently handling the sales process and customer relationships.
  • Understanding customer needs and building strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Willingness to learn about new products and technologies.
