geneMAP™ Somatic Mutation Detection Kit
The geneMAP™ Somatic Mutation Detection Kit is intended for the detection and quantification of JAK2 exon 14 V617F/c.1849- G>T mutation in DNA extracted from peripheral blood. The kit can be used as an aid in the evaluation of suspected Philadelphia (Ph) chromosome-negative myeloproliferative neoplasm (MPN) and molecular disease monitoring in MPN patients. The absen- ce of the JAK2 V617F/c.1849G>T mutation does not exclude the presence of other JAK2 mutations.
